Our monthly Mentorship Circles was built to be a resource for women in industry to give support and help foster career development. Being in a group of peers, learning and leaning on one another is extremely impactful which is why we continue to hold these meet-ups. This space has morphed over the years to be led by women just like you who are passionate about making change in their own lives and sharing that with other women. These circles are a collaborative learning approach aimed to help us grow, discover new ways of thinking, and connect with a community of supportive women.

Turnover in industrial sectors remains a critical issue, with women and underrepresented groups leaving at alarming rates.
