Lead With Heart: Empowering Women 2027

Join us on Friday, February 5, 2027, from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM at the Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama in Tuscaloosa for a one-day experience created to support women in every part of their lives.

We were Unstoppable. Then we learned to Take Up Space. Now it’s time to Lead With Heart.

This year, Empowering Women is changing things up. We’re creating an experience centered around YOU: your career, your health, your relationships, your dreams, and what you need for the season ahead.

Held on Wear Red for Women Day, Lead With Heart will bring women together for meaningful conversations, real connection, practical growth, wellness, and a whole lot of Big Heart Energy™. Throughout the day, we’ll explore the power of Power, Love, Self-Control, and Courage, and how they can shape the way we live, work, and lead.

Attendees can expect inspiring speakers, interactive conversations, opportunities to connect with other women, and experiences designed to leave you with ideas and tools you can actually carry into your life.

We’ll also celebrate women who are making an impact in their workplaces, industries, and communities through our SHARP Awards, recognizing women who are leading, creating change, and helping others move forward.

And because we’re gathering on Wear Red for Women Day, we invite you to wear red as we come together to celebrate women, support women’s health, and Lead With Heart.

Because taking up space was never the finish line.
It was preparation for what you would do once you got there.

Come as you are. Leave ready for what’s next.
