She will be joining us to talk about Maintaining High Performance at Work Through Taking Care of our Minds and Bodies. 

In Robyn's session, she'll talk about a range of ways that we can be taking better care of our Mind, Body, and Spirit with practices like meditation, practicing gratitude, our breath, how we fuel our bodies, and so much more! She'll walk us through how to take responsibility for our health and share helpful resources with us on how to do so.
