Mentorship Circles

Program Overview:

This program has been designed to address career development challenges for any workforce population in need of greater support & career development. Each session will reframe and provide tools to address common professional development opportunities, offer mentorship, and explore how peer support can help to overcome each challenge.

We’re going to be facilitating Mentorship Circles differently this year. Every month we’ll have a new speaker talking with the group in a collaborative learning approach way to help us grow, discover new ways of thinking, and connect with a community of supportive women.

Our February meet-up will feature our previous Mentorship Circles facilitator, Stacy Cassio. She will talk with us about Breaking Through Burnout.

In this session, you will discover:

​

• Three facets of burnout, and how gender plays into them.
• Four types of burnout and how to refuel or reignite in each.
• A unique challenge to unite around burnout and support one another through it.

About Stacy:

Stacy Cassio - CEO & Founder, Pink Mentor Network

In 2017, Stacy founded the Pink Mentor Network, Charlotte’s 1st female mentorship community, followed by the creation of Pop-Up Mentor, a brand new model for mentorship. Today, that model is being used by organizations of all sizes & industries to build transparent, scalable, measurable employee resource programs.

Stacy is dedicating her life to reshaping how individuals seek & obtain mentorship, and helping organizations build cultures of mentorship. In 2019, her work was nominated for the Athena International Corporate Award for Leadership and Charlotte Inno’s “Opportunity Champion” award. Stacy also was named a Mecklenburg Times 2019 Phenom.
