#EmpoweringWomen2024 is set and New Orleans, here we come! The 1-day conference features a full day of engaging lectures, discussion panels and interactive breakout sessions covering topics including mentoring and workforce development, negotiations, understanding strengths, and leadership. After the conference portion of the day ends, the Gala begins with our awards celebration highlighting the many women making an impact in industry and our Women in Industry Fashion Show highlighting functional workwear for women in the workforce.

Join us on October 9th for an unforgettable evening as we celebrate the legacy of Rosie the Riveter and the powerful women who continue to shape our world. This members only reception will be from 6-8 pm at Rosie’s on the Roof at the Higgins Hotel. We invite all of our members to stop by for networking, cocktails and light appetizers.
