About the Event

Program Overview:

This program has been designed to address career development challenges for any workforce population in need of greater support & career development. Each session will reframe and provide tools to address common professional development opportunities, offer mentorship, and explore how peer support can help to overcome each challenge.

We’re going to be facilitating Mentorship Circles differently this year. Every month we’ll have a new speaker talking with the group in a collaborative learning approach way to help us grow, discover new ways of thinking, and connect with a community of supportive women.

Our April meet-up will feature Stephanie Hajducek. She will be joining us to talk about "Inspiring the Next Generation"

It's never too early to start engaging with our future workforce. In this session, Stephanie will share how small initiatives can create huge impacts and how you can work within your own communities to help inspire the next generation of leaders!

About Stephanie Hajducek:

Stephanie Hajducek is the Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of This One’s for the Gals, an organization that helps to educate and empower girls to step out of their comfort zone and step into a world of endless possibilities in industry.  She has held positions with industry leading companies such as Bechtel, ChevronPhillips, Puffer Sweiven, Citgo and Steel Dynamics.  After almost 20 years out of high school, and with the support of her husband and three children, Stephanie earned her bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from The University of Southern Mississippi.  She hopes that by sharing her experiences she is able to help girls find their career path a little sooner rather than later.
