Full Circle on International Women’s Day

Today feels like a full circle moment.

On International Women’s Day, I had the realization that I’ve now seen my final U.S. state. Every state. Every corner of this country has held a piece of my journey.

Over the past 20+ years in the pump industry, work has taken me to places I never imagined I would go. From job sites and facilities to conferences and conversations with incredible people, each stop has been an opportunity to learn, grow, and serve an industry that quite literally keeps the world moving.

Along the way, I also had the honor of receiving an award from women I met through building Empowering Women in Industry, recognizing the impact of creating a community where women can connect, support one another, and grow together. That moment meant more to me than I can fully put into words because it represents the heart behind the work.

This journey has been filled with adventure. New cities, new ideas, and countless miles traveled. But none of it would have been possible without the people who believed in me along the way.

I’m incredibly grateful for the customers who trusted me, the industry that welcomed me, and the family who supported the travel, the late nights, and the passion for building something meaningful. Their encouragement helped create independence, understanding, and the courage to keep going.

And yet, after all the states, all the miles, and all the moments, the best part is still coming home.

No matter where this journey takes me, I’m reminded that the greatest reward is being able to walk through the door and hug the people closest to me.

For every woman building something in her career, her community, or her family, keep going. The journey is worth it.

Happy International Women’s Day. 💜
