What does Empowering Women in Industry mean to you?
It means the world to me to be a part of this community. I had the pleasure to work with Charli, side by side. We need to speak up, for ourselves, for our children, for those who can’t speak up. I strongly believe in an equal world, men & woman on the same level. But the reality is not always what we want it to be. By being a part of EW, I feel that I can help to be that voice.
How did you get started working in your field?
As Charli's assistant, I had never ever even heard about half the stuff she taught me. What stayed with me the most is the Operation Challenge last WEFTEC, I mean, for real! That was just awesome!
What do you love most about your job? / What are you most proud of?
I love meeting new people, hearing their stories, sharing mine, learning with every conversation, seeing new views, everything!
What advice would you give to someone considering this line of work?
Just go! And always stay yourselves. Be a leader by being humble, observe and improve. Speak up, always! Don’t hold back, be the fire and work as a team to reach the same goal. Team Work makes the Dream Work
