Empowering Women means opening doors to women and inviting them for a seat at the table of decision-making as they move up the ranks. Is about supporting each other every step of the way and being part of a network that aims to close the gender gap in the future of the manufacturing industry.
How did you get started working in your field?
I always knew I wanted to be in a STEM field and started working in Engineering before graduating College in Puerto Rico. I've worked in many industries including Biopharmaceuticals, Oil and Gas and Aerospace.
What do you love most about your job? / What are you most proud of?
I love being part of the mission of making history by landing the first woman in the southpole of the moon and then keep exploring deep space starting with Mars.
What advice would you give to someone considering this line of work?
Take the leap and voice your ideas. Diversity leads to innovation.
