What does Empowering Women mean to you?

Empowering women means to uplift women in all facets in life, in business or in your community. Sometimes it doesn't have to be transactional but transformational.

How did you get started working in your field?

I started as a classroom teacher for 18 years and left to pursue my own cultural consulting business four years ago. I have been so passionate about creating a positive change for all with my inspiring stories and lived experiences.

What do you love most about your job? / What are you most proud of?

I love that I can connect with so many people. The people that I share my insights with are doing the work to promote diversity and inclusion in their everyday lives.

What advice would you give to someone considering this line of work?

Be courageous in this work. We need your voice to authentically lead with a purpose. Your story is just as powerful and just as needed to be heard.

Anything else you would like to add?

As a first-generation Liberian American immigrant, Jebeh's personal experiences inform her passion for education and cultural advocacy. Through her work, Jebeh is dedicated to fostering understanding and inclusivity, driving impactful change within organizations and communities.
