Peggy Jones with Pentair Was Named a 2023 Women MAKE Awards Honoree

Pentair, a leading provider of water treatment and sustainable solutions, announced that the Manufacturing Institute (MI) has named Peggy Jones, regional quality manager at Pentair, as a 2023 Women MAKE Awards Honoree. This annual national awards program honors women who have demonstrated excellence and leadership in their careers and represent all levels of the manufacturing industry, from the factory floor to the C-suite.

“From my first introduction to manufacturing, I have loved having the opportunity to use my problem- solving skills to make products that help create a better world,” said Peggy Jones. “We need women and diversity in all forms to create the best solutions, and I am proud to support our current and future female workforce.”

As a regional quality manager at Pentair, Peggy supports quality initiatives at Pentair’s North American manufacturing sites for its Industrial & Flow Technologies segment, working to help reduce waste and conserve resources while delivering pumps for commercial, municipal and industrial customers that meet the company’s high-quality standards. Peggy is an active volunteer with Project Scientist, an organization working to increase more diversity in STEM, and also serves as the co-leader of Pentair’s LGBTQ+ business resource group, the P.R.I.D.E. (Pentair Respect Inclusion Diversity Engagement) Alliance.
