What does Empowering Women mean to you?

Empowering women is like giving them a superhero cape— it's all about cheering them on, providing opportunities, and letting them shine in every aspect of life. Picture a world where women feel confident, supported, and free to chase their dreams. It's like being part of a fantastic team where everyone has their unique strengths, and together, we create a space where women truly thrive. So, to me, empowering women is like spreading joy, positivity, and a whole lot of encouragement, making sure every woman feels like the incredible hero she is!

How did you get started working in your field?

EHN's story began in my pre-teen years in Madison, Wisconsin. Through the Summer Youth Employment Program, I discovered my love for helping people and passion for organization. From organizing a library for the Madison Urban League to assisting at Norrell Temporary Services, these experiences shaped my journey from youth programs to business ownership.

What do you love most about your job? / What are you most proud of?

I found my joy in assisting others and developed a strong enthusiasm for organization.

What advice would you give to someone considering this line of work?

As the CEO of EHN, my advice to those venturing into the digital space is to embrace continuous learning, prioritize cybersecurity, and foster a collaborative and innovative culture within their teams. Stay updated on industry trends, build a robust professional network, and remain adaptable to changes in the dynamic digital landscape. Focus on delivering exceptional user experiences, leverage data for informed decision-making, and maintain a customer-centric approach. Invest in hiring and retaining top talent and remember that success in the digital realm requires both strategic thinking and a passion for staying ahead of the curve.

Anything else you would like to add?

Like any entrepreneur, I've faced challenges along the way. I've encountered learning experiences that have shaped my journey, and I'm open to discussing those moments during our interview to share valuable insights.
