What does Empowering Women mean to you?

Empowering women means to me, to help other women rise to their fullest potential. In my case, I love inspiring women and giving them the tools to see the greatness within themselves. It’s why I am so passionate about the Maniscripting community - it’s a place where I can pour into thousands of women to help get them unstuck and out of their own way, to help them heal their past traumas and get clear on what they really want out of life and a plan to get there.

How did you get started working in your field?

I “accidentally” stepped into entrepreneurship about 10 years ago as I was graduating from college, where I was studying pre-med and on track to go to medical school when I realized that wasn’t the path I was meant to take. Feeling confused about what I wanted to do with my life, I followed my dreams and aspirations to go into the modeling and acting world.

From there, I realized that I really loved working “for myself” and explored different avenues of making money without getting a “job”. While I was traveling the country modeling and acting I was constantly finding new ways to expand my income and learned more and more about entrepreneurship and took skills that I had and turned them into businesses. I spent a few years in Network Marketing, I started a video production company making marking videos for companies, which all then led me to become a social media influencer in the fitness space and as I grew my platform my followers started asking how I did it all so that led me to starting a business as a social media and online business coach, which I loved to do!

During this time, I had experienced my “rock bottom” which no one publicly knew about at the time - this was my wake-up call. Even though everything looked great on the outside and on social media, there were many things I needed to change about my life, mindset, and self-worth and after Googling “how to change your life” I became fascinated with the idea that we are the creators of our reality and we can manifest anything we desire. I leaned into this newfound mindset and completely changed my life and created a life that I was absolutely obsessed with. I started a new lifestyle routine to help me elevate my mindset and life using journaling, vision boards, meditation, and other modalities to create a happy and healthy life.

What do you love most about your job? / What are you most proud of?

I am so proud of the free Maniscripting community that I have created… whenever things are going wrong in the business or I have a bad day I always turn to thinking about all the women I have helped and will continue to help with the Maniscripting journal. Reading the comments and testimonials from women that we have helped - that’s what keeps me going! It’s an incredible community where women can turn to, judgment free, and be able to get the support they need as they’re on their personal journey of transformation.

What advice would you give to someone considering this line of work?

When it comes to starting any sort of business or career path, you have to pursue what you are in alignment with and excited about. Don’t do anything just for the money or because it’s popular or trending because you will eventually burn out. When you follow your gut and intuition and get super clear on who it is you want to serve, what you want to do every single day, and what you want to create and build for future generations to come - that’s when the magic and success happens.

Anything else that you would like to add?

You are the creator of your reality and your current reality is a compilation of all the thoughts, actions, and emotions that you’ve experienced to date. If there is anything that you don’t like about your current life, you have the ability to change it!
